Most of our garments are readily available in stock. If your selected item is available, it will be dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

In rare cases, if the product is:

  • Not immediately in stock, or
  • Requires rechecking for quality control or minor finishing (e.g., embroidery touch-up, garment steaming),

Then the dispatch may take an additional 3–5 business days. We strive to keep such delays minimal and inform customers proactively if any delay occurs.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities (India): 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro locations (India): 5–8 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on select pin codes with an additional charge.

  • International shipping is chargeable based on weight and location. The final amount will be calculated at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information entered during checkout are accurate and complete. Courier companies will make 2–3 delivery attempts, after which the package may be returned to us.

If returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Though we maintain ample stock, delays may rarely occur due to:
