1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only within 7 days of the date of delivery, and only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.

  • The garment is defective or damaged (e.g. torn embroidery, broken mirror/glass embellishments).

  • The product size does not fit, and the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:
  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preferences.

  • Minor issues related to embroidery threads, bead/mirror fall-off during transit, or natural fabric inconsistencies.

  • If the product is used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • If the item matches the description and quality standards but is rejected for subjective reasons


2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Returns will be processed as:

  • Exchange for the same product in a different size, or

  • Store credit (valid for future purchases on our website).


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID

    • Product images clearly showing the issue

    • Reason for return

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

    • If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.


4. Conditions for Return Acceptance

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • In unused and unworn condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, perfumes, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by the original invoice


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video (optional but recommended)

  • Photos of the received item and packaging

We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
